FABulites, Listen up! For the pure and simple fact that I'm a Blogger who enjoys doing dope shit on my weekends I had the pleasure of attending the 4th Annual Night on the RunWade Fashion Event hosted by one of my favorite couples Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union Saturday night at Miami's Ice Palace Studios. It was a great night for fashion with the hottest of the who's who in attendance. Allow me to walk you through some of my personal favorite highlights of the evening!
Have I mentioned before how much I enjoy Gabrielle Union and Dwayne Wade as a couple? I've been in their presence a couple times now and I can honestly tell you they are an extremely happy couple and it's always a pleasure seeing them doing big things together! What I enjoy most is the fact that even in a room full of people they manage to communicate and laugh and play with each other like they are the only ones in the room and it's very real and refreshing to see, I love it!
The event was sponsored by Carnival Foundation and Carnival Corporation, Hublot, DSQUARED2, Giuseppe Zanotti, The Collection, Goldman Sachs, Gatorade, Gentleman Jack, Korbel, American Airlines, Miami Heat Charitable Fund, Naked, Stance, The Tie Bar, Li-Ning, Beauty for Real, Ocean Drive Magazine, and Maria Verdeja School of the Arts. Trust me when I tell you as soon as I walked in I knew I was in for a really great time!!
This is how guest were greeted upon entrance into the studio. This just let me know immediately that I was in good hands and without a doubt it would be a night to remember! More Bubbly Please!
Amar'e Stoudamire and his Beautiful Wife Alexis came out to show support. I live for a fashionable couple and these two definitely fit the bill! You know what they say about the couple who slays together!
The night was filled with great eats! Featuring cuisine from Miami’s top restaurants such as Shake Shack, Prime One Twelve, Yardbird, ChefRLI, MC Kitchen, Lure Fishbar, SUSHISAMBA, Coyo Taco, Sugercane Raw Bar Grill, Novecento, and Divine Delicacies Cake. You already know the drinks stayed coming!
HEAT Sensation Hassan Whiteside enjoying the night and taking pictures with Guests and fans alike. I have to admit for some reason he was shorter than I imagined. Funny right! Event attendees also included Ace Hood, DJ Khaled, Timbaland and Miami HEAT basketball players, Chris Andersen, Chris Bosh, Amar’e Stoudemire, Justise Winslow, Luol Deng, Goran Dragic, Udonis Haslem, Tyler Johnson, Josh McRoberts, Josh Richardson and Beno Udrih.
Did I mention how amazing the actual fashions were? The fashion portion was emceed by Terrence J of E! TV and was presented by Hublot with looks by DSQUARED2. Giuseppe Zanotti presented their fall, spring and summer line of men’s and women's shoes which were beyond amazing! For such an event I went with a Peek a Boo Sheer and Lace dress with 2 front slits! It was a fashion event and I felt fashionable! How do I look? This look can be purchased here
