FABulites , Listen Up! One of my favorite times of year is upon us and I am way too excited!!! No not Thanksgiving or Black Christmas but I'm talking about the 11th Annual Jazz in the Gardens Festival and I can't wait! This years festival is all about coming together in the name of good company, great music, good food, drinks, and a damn good time but let's face it, You can't have a good time if you don't have your look together! Don't fear because today I'm sharing with you a couple budget friendly Festival options you can rock on any budget! Let's begin!
With a crowd of over 75,000 attendees, Rickey Smiley Hosting, and headliners such as USHER & Aretha Franklin; Janelle Monae, Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds, Michael McDonald, Average White Band, Kool & the Gang, Fred Hammond, Brian Culbertson, The Jazz in the Gardens All Stars featuring Najee, Alex Bugnon, and Regina Bell, and more the last thing you want to be concerned about is what you're wearing. While it may seem tempting to just throw on whatever you'd like there are a few things you definitely may want to keep in mind. This is probably not the place you want to wear your 6 inch heels, dirt and an uneven pavement are a disaster waiting to happen! Also if you can't rock the look without your girdle or super sucker shape wear comfortably for anywhere from 5-8 hours then you might just want to reconsider. Also the temperature in South Florida today was a Hot as Hell 87 degrees so dress accordingly! This is not the place for your sweaters and fur boots! No one has ever had a heat stroke at the festival and don't you be the first! Now that we've gotten the basics out of the way let's take a look at the fashions you want to wear!
Will you be attending this years Jazz in the Gardens Festival or have you attended before? If so make sure you say hello! I'll be the one in the Fab Fit singing all the words to Ushers part in the Sex you Back to Sleep Remix! Did I just say that out loud, Sure did! I wonder if he takes requests! Ha!
