I have to admit I've never met a summer blue I didn't like. Scarlett Johansson made an appearance at the Santo Mauro Hotel in Madrid and made wearing blue look easy. Not too sure if I would have chosen those shoes with the outfit but the girl looks great in blue. What do you think of Scarlett's look?
