For as long as I can remember I have always heard, "If you got it flaunt it", but what so many haven't been warned about is the fact that there's a very thin line between being Flashy and being Trashy! With thats being said, Which side of the line are Nicole and Miley Falling on, Cute and Flashy or Straight up Trashy?
