Midweek Fab Finds!

While I was so pleased of not going over my so called shopping budget I'd placed my self on things took a slight turn when I ran into these cuties in the mall yesterday.....
How could I refuse them when they make me think of World Peace?..... What tricks do you use to stay on your shopping budget? Inquiring minds wanna know.....
