With the idea that a label can do more than simply make clothes, partners Raissa Gerona and Damien Sritapan founded Brigid Catiis in 2005. Their mission of great design with an eco-friendly slant has been reached on both counts: they promote sustainable fashion, donate five percent of profits to like-minded charities, and create their one-of-a-kind confections from recycled, hand-picked vintage fabric. The result? A re-invention of vintage finds with a modern fit and green sensibility.
