I'm a huge fan of  Kerry Washington's style, acting, and what I know of her personality, but my most favorite thing about Kerry is how she's not afraid to take a chance with Fashion Trends. Here Kerry rocks a Shirt Dress with Red booties as she promotes her newest upcoming show Scandal and again knocks this look out the park!
