Happy Hump Day Fabulites! Not sure about you but I luv learning new things about fashion. Today for the first time ever I learned all about the Shootie! Not sure If I've been hiding under a fashion rock or not but until today I had never heard of it. For those of you who are unfamiliar a Shootie is just the term for a shoe that's a combination of a bootie and a shoe. Most of them have some type of opening allowing some or part of the skin to show. Is it weird to say its the cutout of the shoe world ?
