Perfect Pairing at P.F. Chang's!

When in need of a magical night out with your special someone P.F Chang's has definitely got you covered. Mr. Fab and I had the pleasure of attending Friday night for our Summer Date Night and just when we were convinced  the food couldn't get any better they pulled out all the stops to amaze us! We started out the night with a his and hers P.F. Chang's cocktail consisting of the Pink Cherry Cosmo for me and the Spicy Paloma for the Mr., Delicious and just what we needed to get the night headed in the right direction.

For the appetizer we chose to go with the Heirloom Tomato Salad which Is Market Fresh Heirloom Tomatoes, Avacado, Thai basil and zesty Ponsu dressing, Fantastic and a perfect addition to P.F. Chang's Summer Menu.

Four our main course I went with the Chiang Mai Curry Noodles with Chicken
Sliced chicken breast wok-tossed with egg noodles, Fresno peppers, cilantro and a coconut-curry infused broth, garnished with Brussels sprouts and topped with crispy wontons

Hubby decided on the Korean BBQ Chicken Stirfry which was an absolute tasty treat!

As expected it was indeed a wonderful night at P.F. Changs and incase you were wondering how you can get in on a little of the Date Night Action  P.F. Chang’s is hosting a contest called “Perfect Pairings.” The contest will run from July 11 – August 18. A winner will be chosen by August 29.
