Fab Family Does the Wynwood Walls!

Hello Fabulites, How's everyone doing? I work so hard throughout the week so that when the weekends roll around I can take a little break from my daily doings and simply enjoy my family and my community. Part of enjoying and getting to know my community means branching out to different places and learning and teaching my kids all about them. That's exactly what happened a couple weekends ago as I introduced my boys FabJr, and BabyFab
to Wynwood Walls, Take a look!

For those of you who might be unfamiliar, Wynwood Walls is a large area of warehouses and buildings showcasing some of America's finest street and graffiti art. The area was created in an effort to revitalize the community and  to create a center where people could gravitate to and explore, and to develop the area's pedestrian potential, and has done just that!

Since its inception, the Wynwood Walls program has seen over 50 artists representing 16 countries and have covered over 80,000 square feet of walls, and is a must see when visiting South Florida. As you can see BabyFab took it all in mainly on my hip! Clearly like the walls, He's a work in progress!

After getting used to his surroundings a little BabyFab really began to get into the artwork. Can we all jus take a minute and get into his cute little palm tree shorts? Fab indeed right, or should I say Just fly!

Mommy getting in on the action while BabyFab watches in adornment. He loves it when I act silly. Or maybe he's in full adornment of the beautiful artwork. I'd like to think it was me!

I greatly enjoyed exploring the beautiful artwork with my boys and best of all explaining to them that art comes in many different shapes and forms. FabJr. who happens to be quite the artist mentioned that one day we just might see his own personal drawings being showcased at Wynwood Walls. As a mommy hearing that I knew it meant mission accomplished!

Thanks for allowing me to share my family outing and the beauty of South Floridas own Wynwood Walls with you. I hope you enjoyed it and as always add it to your must stop destination your next time visiting! Just in case you were worried about seeing the same designs on each visit rest assured that will never be the case. Art is ever-changing and thankfully so are the Wynwood Walls.

Have you ever visited the Wynwood Walls?  Do you have something similar where you live? If so please share it with the Frugal Flirty N Fab! For additional information on the Wynwood Walls please visit http://thewynwoodwalls.com/
