I knew the day he walked into my fourth grade class that what we would come to share would never be ordinary. He was tall, dark, and handsome with a smile that demanded attention but what caught my eye the most was his flair for fashion. Something about going to school everyday and seeing the fashionable glow in his eyes made me wanna dress for perfection. Because he was Fashion, my efforts never went unnoticed and as long as I remained fashionable I never felt his rejection. The turning point with my obsession for Mr fashion was when he arranged a best dressed contest between me and my best friend for the next day at school. "I will choose the best dressed girl in the fourth grade based on what you wear to school tomorrow", fashion said! I couldn't wait to get home and start working on my outfit knowing this would be the day I would win Mr. Fashion!
As I walked into class the morning of the contest believe me I knew all eyes were on me. I had taken my time and gracefully put on my best pink outfit with pink and white sneakers, pink hair bows and a pink watch to match. As he undoubtedly crowned me the best dressed girl in fourth grade I knew that this was a title that I would forever live up to not to mention the start of my never ending passion for fashion. As for my love of Mr. Fashion we have come a long ways since fourth grade, but fashion of course has seen us through. Made it through the 80's, 90's 2000's to now 2016 all with Fashion by my side.
