My Life as a Blogger

For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to be a writer and have the opportunity to share my joy and experiences with others, so when one of my friends mentioned that I should start a blog I jumped at the opportunity. I had no idea that just after 12 days of blogging my life would be changed so much. Throughout the past 12 days I can honestly say I have been through some of the highs and lows of blogging. It will only be befitting if I share my experiences with my loyal readers.

One of the highest points in my short lived blogging career was when my niece who is currently stationed in the army read my post "Nikki" while in the woods and stated "OMG!!! That post just made my whole week!!!!! For real...too funny. Lol!!! I was happy to know that my childhood experience could bring some joy to someone who needed it at the time. Another high point was when someone I'd never met responded and said,"I loved your blog, its interesting and inspiring! thanks for sharing". At this point I realized I was doing exactly what I wanted to do which was inspire the world with my postings.

Blogging definitely hasn't been all gravy with my posting either. Just last night I received a message from someone stating,"Please don't send me your blog anymore, I have seen it every time you have sent it to me and I'm not really a blog reader, I'm not trying to be rude but I get your postings everyday so I'm like Alright Already". The message kind of threw me off a little but then I realized that not everyone will appreciate my blog.

There is a goal in mind and by blogging I hope to be able to do things I am currently just not able to do. I hope to come into contact with people that will assist me in making a difference in the lives of others. Just last week I was watching the news and I heard that just 5000 will build a family a home in Haiti and I would like to spread the word to others and one day take part in helping out the people of Haiti and others in need. No one said blogging would be easy ,but The Frugal, Flirty, N Fab Blog is a direct representation of me, so once again as my time and efforts prevail, I will once again Blog Another Day...
