Hey yall Hey! Just had the most amazing weekend and I couldn't help but to reflect on the significant changes that have happened in my life since I was introduced to alli® weight loss aid. My experience using alli weight loss

I knew from the very beginning that if I wanted to break the tradition of starting and stopping and not accomplishing anything throughout my weight loss journey I had to make some significant changes. It was never easy but here are the 5 Steps that Brought me Through!


The first thing I had to do was Change my super Poor Eating Habits. The definition of a fool is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results and that was what I was doing previously. Once I got serious I knew this was one of the most important areas I needed to work on. I began increasing my fruits, veggies, and lean meats while decreasing my carbs and unhealthy fats and wouldn't you know it I began to feel the difference. The second change that I made was I decided to Push Myself more when working out. It's true that the body will not allow you to do more than it can handle so I pushed myself day after day a little more than I did the day before and the results were amazing. I felt strong, empowered, energized and like I could single handedly take on the world!
 

My third step was probably the most difficult one for me to complete, Giving Up Soda! For most of my life I have been a soda fanatic but when achieving my goals was put on the line I managed to give it up for the last past 7 weeks. Amazing right! A couple weeks in I began to realize it really wasn't the food that was giving me that stuffed feeling all the time, it was the soda that I previously consumed with every meal. So long Soda!


My fourth step was to Make Water my Best Friend. My family and I enjoy eating out a lot and I am no stranger to the Friday night glass of wine, but in the interest of doing the right thing I traded all that in for one bottle of water at a time. Not only did it assist me on my weight loss journey but the new glow to my skin was pretty amazing too!

Last but not least and maybe the most significant part of my weight loss journey was staying true to alli® weight loss aid.  I follow instructions for use and took the recommended one capsule per meal that included no more that 15 grams of fat per meal, up to 3 times a day. There was never an easy moment, but because I stayed focused on my goals, the results were amazing!
